About
John Yeager
John Yeager has spent four decades building things inside businesses. He started as an auditor at Deloitte, then led marketing and product for institutional investment firms, including Invesco and Loomis Sayles. He founded two advisory firms, started an outsourced accounting practice inside a CPA firm, and has led business transformation and digital services practices since 2018.
In spring 2026 he started building working software by directing AI agents: a daily briefing engine, a personal health coach, a household bookkeeping close and a grocery app. He isn't a software engineer, and that's the point: to find out what a business person can actually build with AI, and to say honestly what works. He writes about it every week in AI Honestly on LinkedIn, where the AI gets the last word in every post.
He's based in Birmingham, Alabama.

What Yeager AI Lab is
A business person's workshop for AI. Everything here is built by directing AI agents: the Signals, the personal tools, and the system that keeps them running. What works and what doesn't goes into AI Honestly.
